Taison Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. Gained 100% Control of Sichuan Yongfeng Pulp & Paper with a RMB 985 Million Acquisition

Recently, Taison Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. acquired the 40% equity interest in Sichuan Yongfeng Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. held by Xiamen C&D Inc. for RMB 985 million via its subsidiary, Taisun (Guizhou) Bamboo Resources Development Co., Ltd. With this acquisition, the group now holds 100% equity interest in Sichuan Yongfeng Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd., achieving full ownership and control.
