On January 27, Nantong Municipal Bureau of Data released a public notice on the acceptance of environmental impact assessment, officially notifying the Natural Cellulose Project of Rudong Base owned by Gold Hongye Paper Co., Ltd. With a total investment of approximately RMB 16.4 billion, the project plans to construct a 2 million tpy natural cellulose production line and its supporting works.
