At this year’s CIDPEX, over 300 raw and auxiliary material suppliers launched and promoted their annual new products and technologies at the exhibition, covering nonwovens, SAP, hot melt adhesive, packing and printing materials, and more.

Xiamen Yanjan New Material Co., Ltd.

Xiamen Yanjan New Material launched long-fiber hot air-through nonwovens at this exhibition. Combining the spinning process of spunbond technology and hot air-through technology, it uses long fibers bonded via hot air to form nonwovens, which can effectively reduce energy consumption and is widely used in diaper topsheets, leg cuffs, and acquisition/distribution layers.

Guangdong Beautiful Health Co., Ltd.

Guangdong Beautiful Health exhibited the following new products at this exhibition:

SSMMMMS 3D leg cuff material (8~15g/m²), offering low weight and high hydrostatic pressure, being lightweight and cost-effective.

Hydrophilic SSMMMMS core wrap material (8~10g/m²), with superior product stability, effectively preventing SAP leakage.

Fine denier ultra-soft TT-SSMS/TS-SSS series nonwovens, providing an ultra-soft and more comfortable hand feel.

Composite Elastic nonwovens, capable of achieving over 2.5 times elasticity, breathable and non-stuffy.

Sheath-core bicomponent SMS & SS nonwovens, which bond better with hot air-through nonwovens, allowing the bonding strength to better meet standard requirements.

Allmed Medical Products (Hubei) Co., Ltd.

Allmed Medical displayed nonwovens used in medical, hygiene, and daily care fields, with main features including:

l Medical-grade nonwovens: High barrier properties, high breathability, low linting, high bacterial filtration efficiency, meeting different regional standards such as European standard EN13795, American standard PB70, and Chinese standard YY0506.

l Hygiene and daily care nonwovens: soft and smooth, breathable and comfortable, skin-friendly and non-irritating.

Shandong Hengpeng Hygiene Products Co., Ltd.

Shandong Hengpeng launched its ultra-fine denier series nonwovens at this exhibition. After extensive research into the technical challenges of fine-denier materials, it successfully achieved stable mass production and specification upgrades for 0.9-denier fibers, setting a new benchmark in the soft waistband segment. It offers two excellent waistband materials, "Zhi Rou Jiu Duan No.1" and "Zhi Rou Jiu Duan No.2", to its broad customer base.

Jinjiang Xingtai Nonwoven Products Co., Ltd. 

Jinjiang Xingtai Nonwoven Products Co., Ltd. displayed spunbond nnwovens, SSS/SSSS/SMMS/SSMMS and SSSMMS composite nonwovens, and spunlaced nonwovens, among others. Products are widely used in medical and hygiene, clothing and footwear, bedding, artificial leather base cloth, water conservancy projects, civil engineering, decorative materials, electronics and electrical engineering, travel goods, advertising gifts, and other fields.

Wanhua Chemical (Yantai) Trading Co., Ltd.

Wanhua Chemical launched three SAP products at this exhibition:

l WANICE® WHS 600A: High absorption under pressure, balanced retention capacity, and excellent liquid permeability. Particularly suitable for ultra-thin fluff pulp core structures or fluff pulp-free core structures requiring high liquid penetration speed, low rewet, and high core utilization.

l WANICE® WHS 700C: High absorption rate and high retention capacity. Suitable for fluff pulp core structures requiring high liquid intake and retention, with high requirements for rewet resistance after absorption.

l WANICE® WHS 700: Features both high retention capacity and high absorption under pressure. Suitable for absorbent cores requiring high liquid intake, fast liquid penetration speed, high core utilization, and good rewet resistance after absorption.

Taisu Industries (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.

Taisu Industries showcased its Taisubo Low-Rewet series (BC901, BC8001) SAP, which offers good centrifugal retention capacity and absorption under pressure, along with long-term low rewet characteristics. It can be widely used in composite core Baby Diapers.

Yixing Danson Science and Technology Co., Ltd.

Danson Science and Technology launched the new DSorb®8088 SAP at this exhibition, featuring extremely fast absorption speed and high retention capacity, enabling rapid dryness, mainly suitable for composite cores.

Additionally, Danson Technology also highlighted the new DScom® series SAP for rapid blood absorption, the DSorb® OC series SAP for efficient and long-lasting antibacterial and deodorizing properties, and the high-quality traditional 228 series/7 series/8 series SAP.

Shandong Nuoer Biological Technology Co., Ltd.

Shandong Nuoer Biological Technology showcased its SAPP ultra-thin absorbent paper at this exhibition. With a basis weight range of 60~100 g/m², it is applied in the absorbent core and wrap layer of Pantiliners, mini pads, and Sanitary Napkins. Using wet-laid papermaking process, SAP is embedded into wood pulp, combining the conduction advantages of wood pulp with the water retention function of SAP, without using any Hot Melt Adhesive. It is lighter, thinner, softer, and offers good blood transmission capability and dryness, fundamentally solving the technical bottleneck of Sanitary Napkins being "thin yet not dry".

Henkel (China) Investment Co., Ltd.

New products and features launched by Henkel at this exhibition include:

1. Multi-color Urine Indicator Adhesive:

l Creative Colors: Rich color choices, besides traditional yellow-to-blue and yellow-to-green, offering colorless initial indication and multi-color final indication; supports personalized printing patterns.

l Safe & Sustainable: Almost zero odor, far lower than market alternatives; AOX-free, meeting higher environmental standards; rosin-free formula, gentle on sensitive skin.

l Excellent Performance & Cost Efficiency: Fast and sensitive color change, good weather resistance, easy storage; good compatibility, offering more flexible product design.

2. Eco-friendly Polyolefin Material:

l Safe & Sustainable: Uses latest generation olefin technology, styrene-free; low VOC.

l Cost Efficiency: Low density, potential adhesive savings of 10%~20%; suitable for low basis weight and apertured materials, effectively reducing machine downtime due to rewet; reduces adhesive charring, lowering cleaning frequency.

l Excellent Performance: Aging resistant, viscosity retention rate can reach 80% after 3 days of heat aging.

Foshan Xinfei Hygiene Materials Co., Ltd.

Xinfei showcased its eco-friendly "Fei" heat-seal paper outer bag at this exhibition. Composed of special base paper and a heat-sealable water-soluble coating material, it gains heat-sealing functionality after precise coating, and is non-laminated and non-plastic. It is biodegradable and can be used to replace traditional plastic outer packaging.

Eco Release Paper uses precise dot coating to discontinuously coat heat-sealable silk protein coating and eco-friendly solvent-free silicone oil onto specially customized paper, giving it both heat-sealing and release functions. As a paper packaging material, it can replace Release Film, release cloth, or release paper + adhesive dots + wrapping film used in Sanitary Napkins packaging.

Beijing Sunpu Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd.

Beijing Sunpu Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. launched new functional wet wipe concentrate products at this exhibition:

l Jierun® HKS (for kitchen hygiene): efficient cleaning, passes metal corrosion test, gentle and leaves no residue, requires no additional preservatives or disinfectants. This new-generation kitchen hygiene wet wipe concentrate not only has cleaning power but also disinfecting function, and passes the metal corrosion test, truly achieving dual effects of cleaning and hygiene.

l Jierun® PM (for makeup removal): no-rinse formula, safe to use, proven effectiveness (evaluated by professional instruments). Effectively cleanses skin by quickly removing residual makeup, dirt, and oil, including waterproof makeup, eye makeup, foundation, and lipstick; gentle and non-irritating, safe for sensitive skin, eyes, and lips; refreshing and non-sticky, no rinsing required.

In addition, Sunpu also launched Jierun® ABF (glass anti-fog), Jierun® GF (glasses anti-fog), Jierun® CR (cooling & refreshing), deodorants, and other functional wet wipe concentrates to meet different market needs.
