From April 16th to 18th, 2025, during the 32nd China International Disposable Paper Expo (CIDPEX2025), a range of corporate signing ceremonies and new product launches were held, generating a lively and dynamic atmosphere.

ANDRITZ (China) Ltd.

On the morning of April 16th, ANDRITZ (China) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ANDRITZ) and Alaer Silk Road New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Alaer Silk Road New Materials) held the signing ceremony for a long-term strategic cooperation agreement and the Phase I Spunlaced Nonwovens Production Line project at the ANDRITZ booth. The neXline aXcess spunlaced nonwovens production line provided by ANDRITZ to Alaer Silk Road New Materials features high speed and high production capacity. Through this cooperation, both parties will jointly promote the high-quality development of the Xinjiang nonwovens industry and the green and circular economy.

Huangshan Futian Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

On April 16th, Zhejiang Youquan Care Products Technology Co., Ltd. and Huangshan Futian Smart Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a contract for 2 high-speed pant-type baby diaper production lines. The production lines involved in this cooperation are equipped with core technologies such as the latest integrated ultrasonic side sealing and cutting, enabling the production of ultra-thin, soft pant-type baby diapers.

Trützschler

On April 17th, Trützschler Textile Machinery (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Kingsafe Group Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for two 3.8m double-card hot air-through nonwovens production lines. As a long-term partner of Trützschler, the Kingsafe Group currently operates 5 Trützschler spunlace lines. The newly signed two 3.8m double-card hot air-through nonwovens production lines can achieve fine fiber carding and uniform web formation, producing nonwoven materials with both a fine web surface and a soft touch, meeting the demands of high-end products such as baby diapers and female hygiene products.

New Product Launch Activities

Shandong Aishule Hygiene Products Co., Ltd.

On April 16th, Shandong Aishule Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. held a new product launch event themed "Ultra-Fine Softness, Revolutionizing Luxury Care Experience" at the exhibition. During the launch, Aishule introduced its new product – a Micro-Denier Adult Pant-Type Diaper. This product introduces micro-denier fiber materials into the incontinence care field, combined with odor-elimination and antibacterial patents, breathable and moisture-locking technology. It offers a gentle touch, fits the skin well with reduced friction, and effectively minimizes skin irritation.

Shandong Norlycon Medical Technology Co., Ltd.

Shandong Norlycon Medical Technology Co., Ltd. showcased multiple adult diaper products at CIDPEX2025. During the exhibition, they hosted a "New Trends in Natural Care" sharing session, discussing new material applications and the evolving direction of user needs with industry partners.

Magnera

On April 16th, the Magnera Group made its debut at CIDPEX2025 under its new brand identity and held its inaugural ceremony titled "Revealing New Ideas, Sharing a Better World Together". Magnera is a new company formed after the spin-off of the former Berry Global's Medical, Hygiene, and Specialties global nonwovens and films business and its subsequent merger with Glatfelter Corporation. At this exhibition, besides showcasing its representative soft spunbond nonwoven materials, the Magnera Group also presented its signature application solutions for the hygiene market from its Airlaid and Sontara® Spunlaced technology platforms.

Nordson (China) Co., Ltd.

On the afternoon of April 16th, Nordson (China) Co., Ltd. launched the second generation of its precision-engineered, high-end hot melt adhesive machine – the VersaBlue®II – at the exhibition. Inheriting the excellent characteristics of the VersaBlue® series, the VersaBlue®II incorporates performance enhancements to meet the industry's evolving demands.
